You can
- Any video you make — YouTube, TikTok, Reels, Shorts, Twitch, podcasts.
- Monetized content. Keep every cent you make.
- Sponsored videos on your own channel, brand deals included.
- Edit it: cut, loop, speed up, slow down, layer it under anything.
You can't
- Ads, brand campaigns, or work you deliver to a client.
- Re-uploading the music by itself, as a track or a lyric video.
- Selling it, or putting it in a music pack or sample library.
- Registering it with Content ID or any rights management system.
- Claiming it as your own work.
The line is simple: making your own content is free, even when it's sponsored. Being paid to make it for a brand is not. Advertising, campaigns, client deliverables — email contact@retrokidworks.com. Licensing is simple and cheap, and I answer fast.
Put the credit in your description. That's the whole deal — it's how people find the music, and it's the only thing I ask for.
I do not register my music with YouTube Content ID, and I never will. You will not get a copyright claim from me. If you ever do, it is a mistake — email contact@retrokidworks.com and I will clear it.
